| Why can't I see my ad? | |
| If you have just signed up and
your ad has not been brought live yet, you will not see your ad or your
image! If your ad is live it can take up to 24 hours for the image to post as the city pages are generated only once every 24 hours. However, in the meantime you may use the SEARCH Feature to find your ad as any new ads/text or photo changes are live in the database! |

| Should you still see the old image or no image, please clear your cache. | |

| How do I clear my cache? | |
| To clear your cache; #1 close all open browser windows #2 Go to "Start" then "Settings" then "Control Panel" then "Internet Options". #3 This will bring up an internet properties window. Under temporary internet files, click "delete files", then click 'ok' at the bottom. #4 Open a browser window and navigate back to your ad. If you still see the old image, you may need to reboot. If you have a Web Accelerator you will need to clear the cache on that. If you are unclear how to do this please contact your ISP or consult the program instructions. We are sorry but unfortunately we cannot provide you with any assistance on this. |

| I cleared my cache and still cannot see the new image, what now? | |
| Regarding your thumbnail ad,
do a search on your name. When your ad appears in the white area, right
click and select Refresh from the menu that appears. Regarding your webpage image(s), right click in the white area and select Refresh from the menu that appears. |

| How do I make text changes? | |
| Click Modify Text, then make any changes you like using the form. Text changes can take up to 24 hours to appear. | |

| How do I make photo changes? | |
| Click Modify Pictures, and replace any image you wish. Please remember that each photo may only be changed once every 30 days. Next to each image is displayed a next date that image may be changed. Once submitted image can take up to 48 hours to appear and we will send you an email when that image is live. | |

| I can't edit or change my webpage photos or text, why? | |
| Click Modify Text and make sure the website field is blank. The website field must be blank in order for the you to edit your webpage and for the system to link to your webpage hosted by us. Inserting a URL in that field will disable your ability to make changes and will then link your ad to that outside URL. | |
