Loading issues:
|
| |
This refers to the speed at which the site loads. If you are on high speed(dsl
or cable) there should not be a significant load time. However, if you
are on dial up(56k) your load time will depend on your dial up connection
speed. Most individuals on dial up are connected at an average speed of
40k. This means that every 10 seconds you can download 40k. Each one of
the thumbnails on this site is approximately 3k which means every 10 seconds
you are able to download approximately 13 thumbnails. Therefore if there
are 100 providers in the city you want to look through, using the above
parameters, it will take approximately 1 minute and 12 seconds for all
of the thumbnails to load. |

Pop ups:
|
| |
We ask that you allow pop ups for this site, as we use pop-ups ONLY you
with the content you are seeking (no advertising!). There are three main
features which utilize this coding. The incall area map, the display of
some providers web sites and the "Your Selections" feature.
Depending on which pop up blocker you are using you should be able to
easily allow pop ups for this site. |

Missing images:
|
| |
Right click on the page where the image is missing then left click refresh.
If this still does not work do a control refresh. Missing images can be
caused by a couple issues. There has been a missing data packet delivered
to your computer thus causing a blank or "X" to be displayed
where a picture should be or the provider has removed her profile and
it has not yet been updated site wide which can take up to 24 hours. |

New images:
|
| |
If you are experiencing problems seeing new images the best course is
either to do a control refresh and if that does not work clear your cache.
If you have cleared your cache and are still seeing the old image(s) you
may need to reboot your computer. |
