(1)You, the ADVERTISER, by submitting this form assure EscortPhotos.net that, you, the ADVERTISER, will comply with any and all local, county, district, state, and federal laws.
(2)Advertising on EscortPhotos.net will include images and content [collectively, the "IMAGES"] provided by ADVERTISER on the EscortPhotos.net, provided that: (a) All IMAGES supplied by ADVERTISER have been produced in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Child Protection Restoration and Penalties Enhancement Act of 1990, as such act may be amended [the "Child Protection Act"].
(3)ADVERTISER keeps all records required by the Child Protection act if appropriate or as requested by EscortPhotos.net. ADVERTISER and all of the IMAGES shall comply with all labeling and notice requirements of the Child Protection Act. It is the intent of ADVERTISER and EscortPhotos.net that EscortPhotos.net shall serve as an exhibitor of the IMAGES and therefore EscortPhotos.net shall not be required to comply with the labeling or record keeping requirements of the Child Protection Act.
(4)That any of the IMAGES submitted hereunder to EscortPhotos.net may be altered, displayed, and used free of charge for the purpose of advertisement.
(5)That ADVERTISER and all other individuals portrayed in the IMAGES fully understand that the IMAGES are to be used in relation to adult advertising/promoting, principally on the Internet; they also understand and agree that ADVERTISER has entered into this Agreement under her/his own free will and not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, duress or any pretenses.
(6)ADVERTISER is the sole and exclusive owner of (or controls) all rights in and to the IMAGES which IMAGES are wholly original and have not been copied in whole or in part from any other work, picture or source; the IMAGES are neither fake nor "stock" photography.
(7)The person(s) recorded in the IMAGES was over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the Pictures were recorded.
(8)No claim has been made against ADVERTISER and that ADVERTISER knows of no claim that the Pictures infringe the copyrights or violate the rights in any other work and/or of any person, film, or corporation whatsoever. The IMAGES are not in the public domain and enjoy and will enjoy, either statutory or (to the extent it may exist) common law copyright protection in the United States and all countries adhering to the Berne and Universal Copyright Conventions.
(9)All obligations with respect to the IMAGES, including but not limited to, all salaries, royalties, present and future license fees, service charges and the like, have heretofore been fully paid. The IMAGES contain no libelous material and do not violate any laws in effect as of the date of this Agreement and/or Form submission.
We will IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE any ad that violates these terms.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By your use of the EscortPhotos.net service, you, the ADVERTISER, agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EscortPhotos.net, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, server maintainers, and contributors against ANY AND ALL CLAIMS arising out of said use, regardless of the cause, effects, or fault. Under no circumstances will EscortPhotos.net, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, server maintainers, and contributors be liable for any damages from your reliance upon anything derived from this site even if EscortPhotos.net, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, server maintainers, or contributors have been advised that such defect or unsuitability exists. INDEMNITY.
By your use of the EscortPhotos.net service, you, the ADVERTISER, agree to fully indemnify, defend, and to hold harmless EscortPhotos.net, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, server maintainers, and contributors against ANY AND ALL CLAIMS for any arrangements made by you (the ADVERTISER) and any Business Enterprise which operates solely and separately of EscortPhotos.net. You the ADVERTISER understand that EscortPhotos.net's only responsibility is that of displaying your ad and once that has been confirmed, EscortPhotos.net has fulfilled its obligation to the ADVERTISER. ADVERTISER accepts full responsibility for any correspondence, communication or contact with other ADVERTISERS, individuals, business enterprises and/or clients and understand that EscortPhotos.net has no affiliation whatsoever with any of the ADVERTISERS, individuals, Business Enterprises or Clients who view EscortPhotos.net. Any and all fee arrangements thereafter are strictly between you (the ADVERTISER) and any individual, business enterprises and/or Client who accepts the arrangement.
